FIRST LINE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Propell.ai is looking for resources for our support department; first line support and technical support! There are varied and challenging positions in an exciting, rapidly growing company. You will help the customers who use our self-driving software for incoming invoice processing. Place of work is Oslo or Gran in combination with a home office. You will have the opportunity to work with a solid and competent team that works closely together, with common drive and ambitious goals to win a leading market position!

We are looking for you who have technical insight and interest, have experience from customer support, like to work in IT environments and roll up your sleeves and contribute with various tasks when needed.

Work tasks

• Carry out customer guidance and advice by analyzing and processing cases from A to Z
• Receive, register, classify and prioritize inquiries
• Respond to the customer with a background in knowledge and aids and according to the service level agreed with the customer
• Follow up and escalate to second/third line if necessary
• Keep the customer informed about status and progress
• Problem solving and cooperation with our partner Vic.ai and other future partners
• Documentation such as help articles and training videos
• Eventually, it may be relevant to hold training and a demo of the system
• There may be other tasks such as helping with customer projects (onboarding, consultancy) or following up on existing customers (customer meetings, customer surveys)

As a first-line support consultant, your main task is to handle inquiries from our customers on our chat support. Some cases you solve yourself with documentation, experience or by asking colleagues, other cases you have to pass on. You are responsible throughout for maintaining dialogue with our customers. You will also update and create new documentation (help articles, chatbot, videos).

As a technical consultant on support, you will basically act as a second line where you analyse, troubleshoot and escalate any errors and shortcomings to our partners (internally and externally).  There will also be some testing in this role.

Wanted qualifications

• Relevant higher education at bachelor's level (preferably IT or economics)
• Experience from providing customer support/user support in relevant areas, preferably IT related
• Knowledge of ERP systems, incoming invoice processing or ordering systems is a major advantage
• New graduates in IT and accounting are also encouraged to apply
